I'm from out of town and was referred to Duncan's Florist. I used them twice and both times the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. Their delivery service was flawless and notifications punctual. The inside of their shop is beautiful.

I purchase a ton of flowers for my wife and daughters on special holidays. believe it or not, I always buy from Safeway in CDA. the customer service and quality of flowers are amazing and the prices are also decent. I had a friend give me a hard time about purchasing local, so I tried these guys. I paid a very large amount for flowers for my daughter's birthday. I purchased them online and called the store. the person I spoke with was in no way customer service oriented. I explained that I wanted the school colors. The flowers arrived much later than we discussed. They have brown edges and are nowhere near the school colors. never again Duncan's Florist Shop. You just lost all opportunities with me: I cannot get that experience back for my daughter. I also know that her friends noticed too. They commented that they were not the usual fare.

This florist really impressed me with their customer service and the quality of bouquets they make. Absolutely gorgeous, better than we could have imagined! Such an easy and positive experience. Thank you!

I’m so disappointed. I called to send a friend flowers who had two pets pass away in one week. They were very helpful and had fast service (even though I didn’t need it to be rushed or urgent it was delivered same day). I let the florist pick the flowers and paid $50 for the arrangement and another $28 for delivery and tax. $78 dollars for an arrangement I could have gotten at Fred Meyer for $14.99 and had delivered with door dash for another $10 max. THIS IS what she got. Legit the CHEAPEST flowers in the shop. I feel like they abused me letting them pick the arrangement. Go elsewhere they respect your money. As a former florist I am VERY ANNOYED.

Our son and his family sent me the most INCREDIBLE arrangement of orange roses for my birthday. My pictures don't do them justice!! The delivery person was concerned because we weren't home to take delivery and didn't want to leave them on the porch because the deer and turkey's might get them. She called my son (they live in California) but he was on a call and couldn't pick up. She went one step further... she sent a text. Long story short, the flowers AND care of the woman who delivered them was 150%! I will use them for any floral orders.
